Reviews and Ratings
I had a really interesting stay at this hotel. The duplex cabin I stayed in was large and provided complete privacy, nestled in the jungle, which was quite an experience. However, getting to my cabin required a long walk with my luggage in the dark, which wasn't ideal. The staff was incredibly helpful in assisting with bookings and local tips, but I did feel like the taxi rates were a bit high, which was a downside. Overall, it was a unique experience, but some aspects could definitely be improved.
My stay at the hotel was quite an adventure. It's tucked away in the jungle, which gave it a unique charm, but getting to the town with luggage was a challenge, especially at night. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond during our travel complications, which we really appreciated. However, the dining options left a lot to be desired, and the cleanliness of certain areas was disappointing.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, nestled in the jungle for a truly unique experience. The rooms were huge and incredibly comfortable, providing complete privacy. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially when our plans changed unexpectedly. On the downside, while the location was scenic, some areas could use better upkeep, and the dining options weren't quite what I hoped for. Overall, I felt it offered great value for money.
The hotel is beautifully set away from the town, nestled among lush vegetation, which makes it perfect for a peaceful retreat. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our unexpected flight cancellation. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the location could use some improvements, particularly around the pool area. Overall, the value for money was good, considering the level of service and the comfortable stay.
The hotel is nestled deep in the jungle, offering stunning views, but the rooms can be quite humid, especially in the winter. The staff was generally friendly, although I had some issues with service during outings. The location is a bit off the beaten path, which made for a long dark walk with my luggage. Dining was a mixed bag, with a decent selection but some items being unappetizing. Overall, it has its charm, but some improvements could make the stay more pleasant.
